El Loco And Event Space - Toronto

Our experience was very disappointing. We were able to make a reservation using the OpenTable app, but upon arrival, we discovered that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. Our group had to quickly find another restaurant in the rain. We were not impressed at all.

Has anyone checked the reviews on OpenTable? The restaurant appears to be closed, and based on some of the previous reviews, it seems like it has been closed for months.

I had made a reservation for Friday because I had tickets to a show and couldn't afford to wait in line only to find out that the restaurant had closed. I never received an email or phone call to inform me. I am extremely disappointed with both the restaurant and OpenTable for failing to notify me. I will not be returning or using this reservation system again.

A reservation was booked, arrived and they were closed.

It is so unprofessional on part of EL Loco Restaurant that my whole office team reached there at 12 noon and we saw restaurant CLOSED board. We were to search for alternative restaurant standing in the middle of the road. I would never go El Loco again.
