The people working here have no customer service skills. I’ve been going there five days a week for half a year and I still don’t know what most of their voices sound like

Unpleasant staff, attitude just want to complete the order, don't care about customers. they were not nice to me when i ordered, not friendly. I wanted to drink milk coffee but they gave me black coffee. I'm Asian and there's a white guy behind me, they're nice to him, unlike me ?

This Tim Hortons is the worst place to visit on weekends. They never have sandwiches ready, are always out of Timbits, the coffee is never fresh, and there are no managers available. This seems to be a consistent problem on weekends. I left without purchasing anything due to lack of options. Additionally, there are limited food choices for those with dietary restrictions and little to no nutritional value.

To anyone from this restaurant reading my review, please take note! I visited this outlet twice at 10:36 pm and 10:40 pm, and both times the employee informed me that the store was closed. This happened on two separate occasions, which was very frustrating. I suggest changing your closing time to 10:30 pm so customers are aware that you are closed and do not mistakenly think you are open until 11:00 pm. This is the only Tim Hortons location where I have encountered such an early closing time. Please consider this feedback and make the necessary adjustments. Thank you.

This location always has fast and friendly service. It is a busy location sometimes, and the staff are very good.
