I have had only positive experiences with Raw Juice. They are very responsive and their juices are the best I have ever tasted.
I absolutely adore RJG! The customer service is consistently excellent, and the food is unbelievably delicious!!! I have purchased juices multiple times now, and I just can't stay away. Keep up the fantastic work RJG!
I decided to try RJG again and give them another chance. I placed a $100+ order, and hours before it was supposed to deliver, Vince cancelled my order. This is the WORST customer service I've ever received. Here's our email convo: Me: Thank you for the update! i used the chat when i noticed there were 2 of the first dish in my cart, but no response. can you please take off 1 so only 1 remains? i think it was canelloni. V: Your terrible review of our company from a previous order that was fully refunded is still on yelp ... We do not intend on fulfilling this order unless the falsified review has been removed. It is illegal to write false reviews about a company. We do not wish to further pursue this with legal counsel. However if the review is not removed we will be forced file a motion against you for damages. Me: There is nothing false in my review, that's why you apologized profusely. The pictures are there. You want me to change my rating? Let me try your food again the way you make it and let me do it on my own. You don't coerce people into doing things by threatening legal counsel. Have faith they will do it if you provide a good service. Let me try the food again. Thanks, V: In your review you wrote you didn't receive a refund. That is false Me: no, it says i was fully refunded in my Yelp review and that i was waiting for it to process on my MC. i said the customer service was good. do you want me to change that because your tone and actions are going in that direction. let me try the food again without this harassment, apologize for harassing a customer and lying about my review and i can change the review if warranted, but this behaviour is not helping matters. can you please answer the inital question this email was about? thanks V: We are issuing you a refund as we do not wish to have you as a customer. You may decide to write another negative review this time about the customer service as you seem to be threatening to do so. Do not order from us. Our service is not for everyone. Me: I will be left without food if you cancel my order last minute. You don't want me as a customer? You should want all the customers you can get.
