I called to book a room, simply asking if there was a time limit to cancel it due to the last minute engagement, not only did they respond badly, but they also hung my phone in the face. Perhaps to say that we are deleting in tot days next time could lead to a better dialogue. If he had made me finish talking, maybe I would have explained and asked more. Very rude.
