True mountain farmhouse, immersed in unspoilt nature, perfect location, with 360-degree view on pastures and beech woods. rustic structure perfectly adapted to the magnificent places. genuine food with the use of local raw materials. the appetizer is a mix of cheeses of semi-starred sheep always delicious, mountain ham, crazy brooch, beans with chaotics, roasted spelt, bruschetta with fragrant oil. meat of holy lucia, with an unforgettable spiced lamb, especially if accompanied by their farm potatoes, jump into a pan. genziana and ratafía of the good irresistible avio, impossible not to whisper, of course then the ideal would be to take a room and to start again the next day, taking walks in the shadow of secular beech trees and only after having got the fantastic breakfast. an applause to all the staff, especially to the friendly gabriella, perfect hostess and excellent cook.

Really beautiful and suggestive location especially if you have the opportunity to stay, so to enjoy the spectacle of nature. delicious cuisine, and really abundant dishes and especially the knife, I ate 4 servings, perhaps the best I've ever tasted. compliments to the friendly owner and all the staff, 5 stars more than you deserve!
