I made a reservation the night before and canceled it the morning of when my husband woke up very sick, and yet they still charged me the FULL 260 euros. That means if you get sick and can’t go, you will still pay. If you do not get sick beforehand, you might get sick from going because the policy forces sick people to go or pay anyway. You are more likely to dine with sick people at a restaurant with a policy like this than one with a kinder policy or more flexibility. While it is understandable to have a policy that discourages no shows or last minute cancellations that prevent others from booking, in my case, I only held the reservation for one night and cancelled in the morning so they could easily fill the seats, And I explained it was due to illness. Yet they gave me zero consideration. I have never had this kind of experience with a restaurant before.
A ride on one of the most exceptional and creative culinary rollercoasters i have ever been on. Vegetables take the spotlight, fish and meat serve as side dishes. Chef and brigade a young and energetic crew serve your set menu throughout the evening, explaining in much detail what is on your plate. The art of coming to the very essence of flavours is mastered at the next level here. On top of that, the concept of the social table adds an extra dimension. Fun facts for me: 1. first michelin starred place i ate where the main course is as fascinating as the starters. 2. One of the very very few times i loved the dessert (i usually skip because i hate sweets, but this ... oh boy! . Definitely in my top 3
Blasts the same playlist every night until 1am except on Sunday, with not any bit of respect for neighbours. I know you guys have some pompous hipster-ish pretentious chef and cuisine, but at least change your playlist. Hearing the same tune every day at the same time is alienating, I pity the staff.
Amazing experience! We discovered so many new flavors. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We recommend you. We're definitely coming back.
