Gennaro Esposito - Torino

Recommended by a colleague from Turin. We made a reservation, and it was so much worthy. Definitely do it before going in the weekend. It was crowded when we arrive and it continuous like that until we left. Delicious pizza, best place so far in Torino for eating one (believe me, I tried a couple of pizza places in Turin before and this place won the 1st place of my top list). The Margherita, yummy! Very nice Napoli style pizza! We ordered one oven cooked smoked provola cheese, 2 buffalo mozzarella cheese, 3 pizzas and five beers. Everything was good and nothing to say about it. We paid 29 euros each (three people), cost was slightly above average.

As others have written, this is a normal, nice, tasty pizza but nothing special. The crust and the dough is a bit more refined\thinner than usual. Many locals and a busy place so expect the service to be a bit... eh oh ?! There is a bench where you can sit down inside and wait I wouldn't.

We arrived for the opening on a Friday evening with no reservation and just a little hope for a free table. We were greated at the door by a lovely lady, she spoke just a little english but has tried her best to accommodate us. Pizza was absolutely delicious, there were also other dishes to choose from, all listed on a chalk board, I suppose changing daily. The place itself has a lovely atmosphere and a family-like feeling.

I visited Gennaro's Pizza in January the pizza was amazing . The crust thin , fresh tomato sauce and good ingredients!
