If you only learn at checkout that you only have 2 hours in the sauna for €15 instead of €13 (no time limit on the website, you pamper the mood. Further disturbing: a loud radio. A sauna area is a relaxation area where you should create light relaxation music. That you can drink water is great, but it should also be refilled regularly. In general, guests should be asked in the sauna and in the relaxation area. I don't think I'm coming back.
