Bidrage med feedbackPopped in here the other day with mum for a light lunch. Was greeted and served swiftly, The menus looked impressive so we ordered. Food came out quickly, but it wasn't amazing! The presentation looked fantastic but due to both being hungry, we ate it and didn't see much reason to make a fuss. Food was a let down to an otherwise lovely place
Went on a canal boat trip and stopped here for Sunday lunch. Staff friendly and helpful, with great food and choice of beers. Highly recommend this place for reasonably priced food, good service and friendly staff
We stopped here Easter Sunday on a break from a canal trip. Lunch was fantastic, plenty of it, very tasty and the service was so friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend. A lovely, proper village pub, which is also dog friendly.
Lovely local pub with good pub grub, an excellent pint, roaring log fire and friendly staff. Perfect for a break from the canal.
We wanted to try this pub as we get our free range meat from the nearby Ty Poeth farm, which also supplies the pub. It was very busy, with a good atmosphere, despite being out of town and off the main road. The 'cwtch ' dining area was quiter, and we had a nice chat with the couple on the next table. We had gammon steaks, good sized portions with egg and pineapple and delicious. The desserts were also very nice, and reasonably priced, and service was friendly. Hope to go back soon.
