Pontypool Indian Cuisine Takeaway

We’ve ordered from here multiple times before with no problem, but tonight we ordered a Lamb Biriani and a Lamb Saag and it was terrible. The Lamb in both was rock solid, totally overcooked, and the saag was so salty, it tasted like it had been made with seaweed not spinach! We phoned to tell them and they just said the Lamb is hard because it’s cooked in a tandoori oven!! They offered us 20% off our next order, but we won’t be ordering from there again!! Very disappointing

We always order from this restaurant, best Indian around. Staff are always very polite and always make the effort to chat to me when I'm picking order up. Food is outstanding highly recommended

This review covers many a visit to this amazing little restaurant takeaway as I'm definitely a frequent visitor food cooked fresh and always happy to adjust to your tastes, staff always helpful and welcoming, J is a superb host and thoroughly recommend this gem of an Indian.

My partner had finished a 12 hour shift at the hospital, so I ordered my meal at 19:22 and was told it would be 1hour and 30minutes, which was fine. After 1 hour my partner rang just to check and the boy said it would be another 30minutes. At 21:50 my partner phoned and asked how much longer the order would be and that if it was going to be this long he wouldnt of ordered. The boy turned around and said do you want to go on the baned list.. This is shocking customer service! Always have had lovely food but unfortunately we won't be ordering again as I don't believe customer should be treated this way.

Used Asiana on Just Eat. A really refreshing change for a really tasty food. My wife and I loved the quality. Would recommend.
