Subway - Torbay

We had a foot long meat ball in marinara sauce, sauce was bitter and disgusting. Asked for cheese, and came with no cheese, meatballs tasted horrible. Ordered food at 16.30 pm, and it came 1 and a quarter hours later, food was only lukewarm. All in all this was a rip off, I would urge people nt to use this shop, I believe a visit from the department of health is needed.

Service so slow for just 2 drinks and there was no que staff rude and sarcastic worse subway we have been Needs new polite happy staff

The colleagues were getting along and joking around so happy atmosphere there. The food was prepared quickly and efficiently. Was very happy with the service

Visited late afternoon yesterday, 2 people serving which was fine as only 1 family in front of myself, my complaint is with the young lad with blonde hair, waited ten minutes or more to be served by him and not once did he ever look up and say I won't be a moment that's all it takes. Once he did finally serve me he asked what I wanted. I asked what could I have with a children's meal he replied it's on the board by the side very customer friendly indeed. Once I got to the till I was greeted with a very friendly lady who helped me with what choice I could have with my Son and seemed to be doing alot more as she didn't have the support. The young lad really needs to have some customer service exercise his was shocking it doesn't take alot to be kind.

I ordered a salad and they just sort of made what they wanted really had nothing ordered on it, and when I called to complain the bloke said not my problem call just eat
