Golden Dragon - Torbay

Had special chow mein, supposed to be mixed meat(said nothing about prawns being in it.... Lucky there was only 2! ... 4 bits of meat! Cant say sliced as it wasnt. No bean sprouts, no mushrooms, all noodles and tastless. Ribs tough and too salty. All in all pricey and not nice. Wont be ordering again!

Have made this my regular Chinese for the last few years as have never eenlet down..... Until tonight! Girl in the till was amazing. No blame on her. The cheers however different story. Pre ordered at ten past soz for quarter past seven collection. Arrive and still not ready disk t seem bush at all) After paying for extras that weren't recieved but were charged for I will not be returning again. Nor advising shy one to so the same. Standards seen to be slipping golden dragon! Again girl in the desk phone was lovely not her fault. Think she felt embarrassed more than anything!

Just don't bother with this bunch of amateurs. They obviously don't have the ability to cope with the orders they get. Wouldnt worry about this though guys you won't be getting orders for much longer if you treat everyone like us. We never even received our order after waiting 3 hours donate your money to the NHS rather than waste it with these fools.

Where do we start? If I wasn’t laughing with how of a joke these people are I’d be crying. Completely understand it’s a difficult time and not many places are open but don’t LIE to your customers. We ordered on JustEat with an hour and half delivery estimate, phoned up after two hours, the food was on the next delivery... phoned up half an hour later, the food was being bagged up... phoned up and said we wanted a refund and the man said he was waiting on two dishes to be cooked... and then after all of this apparently we asked to cancel. No dears. We asked for our money back. You should have offered it and gone out of your way to make it up to us. Your customers. The ones who bring you money. But whatever, your business which will go under.

Chicken fried was missing and rest of the food was cold . phone is off the hook so cant sort out and get refund or fresh hot food
