Horrible customer service.....the one female manager is the worst ever she needs to go horrible to the ppl that come to eat but also the worst to her staff Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered a sandwich on the app for pickup. Went through the drive thru 15 minutes later to pick it up, sat another 10 minutes, ordered a salad, Got to the window and was told the sandwich wasn't even started it was 7 orders down on the screen. Waited another 10 minutes for the salad, and the cashier made the sandwich herself. Wasted 35 minutes of our day, just waiting on food. It looks fully staffed in the kitchen, they must not be trained. His sandwich barely had any chicken on it, and they made me the wrong salad. Won't be going back. Panera has seriously gone downhill. One of my favorite things there used to be the whole wheat bagel, now it’s mostly white flour, stale, and has no flavor. Selling to the German company was a huge mistake. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
