It's disappointing to see the absence of large cups here; this feels like a significant oversight for a business in the beverage industry. I typically visit on weekends, and I've never encountered any issues during those times. However, on this particular visit during the weekdays, I found the staff to be rather impolite, as they never once expressed their appreciation. It's important to remember that coffee is a luxury, not a necessity, which becomes evident in times of economic uncertainty.With the economy's uncertain future, you might question the wisdom of building so many of these establishments in one town. Competing with others who have deeper pockets can be challenging. Nevertheless, please know that I appreciate your business, and I hope that feedback like this can help improve the overall experience for everyone.This was prior to my first sip of coffee, and I must admit, my initial impression was far from delightful. The cold brew had an oddly stale flavor, almost as if it had been sitting for four days, and the white mocha, to my surprise, turned out to be rather bland.Love Yeshua Aka Jesus

Ok this is an amazing place to get a drink Monday thru Friday! But for some reason on Saturday Sunday it's not so good. I order the same drink every single day every day Monday thru Friday its perfect. But it's really bad Saturday and Sunday! I think it's that the weekend shift doesn't really care about how you order the drink. They just make it give it not caring that you paid over $8 for a drink you expect to be correct when you get it.

Amazing place! The staff always super nice and I couldn’t think of a better way to start the day. Coffee and food are next level at this place.

Waited patiently to spend my seven dollars for a chi tea. No chi , had to wait behind people to leave with nothing.

How can a store run with one person doing everything? Where is the managers or store manager needs to step up when employees don't show up. This store is horrible. Luckily you had one lady wanting to work actually do her job tonight. If I was the district manager or owners or whatever clean house on your team they are obviously not caring of that store.
