Schlotzsky's - Topeka

I paid for a drink but received a cup filled with napkins instead. When I mentioned this to the manager, or someone named Dave, he simply told me they were very busy and could call me back later. I was also busy with work, which is why I had placed the order in the first place. The attitude of the staff ultimately shapes the experience, and unfortunately, Dave was quite rude. In the end, I received a reimbursement of only $2.59, or at least that's what Dave claimed. I used to love Schlotzsky's, but now I’m left with a bad taste in my mouth and no drink to wash it down.

The salads and appetizers I've tried here have always been delicious! I definitely recommend this place.

I ordered the original without cheddar and no parmesan, which is what the receptionist confirmed. However, my sandwich was missing mozzarella, olives, mustard, and sauce. It’s supposed to be their specialty, so it shouldn't be difficult. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order. I won't be returning.

I was disappointed by the quality of her truthahns. it was so cheap and rubbery, I actually threw it away. it was the cheapest kind of a food store that almost squeaks when they chew it. other sandwich shops are more proud to have qualitatiw high quality meat, so I will go next time somewhere else.

We showed up at 6:50 and before even being greeted, the girl at the front told us they are only doing orders to go. I asked why and she seemed annoyed and said they were getting ready to close. Their sign says they are open til 8. We just left.
