The food was awesome the prices were good and the service was great

Arrived at noon and they were out of pulled pork and most of the side items. Chose brisket instead and had to pay $2 more for the already $10 sandwich. Brisket was cold (not sure if this is how they serve it) and mostly fat. Could not eat sandwich. Enjoyed the very small side of beans. The small side and small drink are not worth $5. Not impressed. Went to eat at noon, they didn't have pulled pork so I ordered a brisket sandwich with coleslaw as a side. They said they could put coleslaw on the sandwich, but couldn't offer it as a side… seems a bit strange to me. So, then I tried to order potato salad for my side… they were out of that too. The bbq was outstanding I really enjoyed. Great to have another awesome bbq place in Topeka. Nice atmosphere, clean restaurant and the owners were very friendly. Only problem is since one of the owners is from Texas he is a UT fan. So I say visit, enjoy tasty bbq and give them a “Go Cats” or “Rock Chalk”
