Heartland Cafe - Topeka

Depends who is cooking, takes forever for the server to bring your food. Other than that the food is the best, especially the biscuits and gravy!

Good down home cooking. Portion sizes are just right to make the stomach bulge and loosen the belt. Fast friendly service.

They're food is do good. Large quantity at an affordable price. Small quite cafe. The staff is a little strange and you have to go up to the counter for refills. I would have rated 5 stars but it takes a really long time to get the food.

The Heartland Cafe was wonderful! The good was super, the atmosphere is nice. My biscuits were underdone, but that's not a huge huge deal. My only wish is that the servers were a tiny bit more attentive. We had Miss Hannah and she was lovely, truly.
