Dee's Vintage Thai Restaurant

We went for a girls dinner out. The staff were lovely and the food was great! Staff were by helpful and suggested we take the left overs home.

What's with the one and two star reviews!? I'm yet to find a Thai Restaurant better than Dee's! Thank you for always making my tummy happy.

This place is a convenient lunch spot, with easy parking on Ruthven Street. Food and service is nice.

I ordered a green chicken curry and beef pad Thai and was a little bit disappointed, the pad Thai was greasy and soggy and the green curry was sickeningly sweet, Definitely has room for improvement.

I have been going back to Dees Thai Restaurant for the past 6 months since moving back to Toowoomba and was pleased to discover it was still the same - fresh, authentic Thai at good prices. The decor may not be anything special (much like most restaurants in Thailand!) but the food is made fresh everyday with an emphasis excellent local produce (as one can see the kitchen from the cash register).Another bonus is that they don't charge for BYO. My partner and I have taken a bottle of shiraz to share over 1 or 2 mains with a large rice - more than enough food for an evening. They also provide containers for "doggie bags" (a rarity these days). In summary, an excellent choice for an inexpensive, yet quality meal out.
