Great service employees brought hot food faster than expected. Really delicious!!!

I've gone in with my son and by myself. Both experiences were good. They seat you and the orders are taken after serving you a drink. The waitress checks to make sure everything is alright several times.

Have been here numerous times and have always been very satisfied with the experience. Virgis has that small home town feel and menu. The staff is always friendly. The meals are delicious and the portions are large. This particular visit I had the Big Bird Breakfast and it was great.

First time I went, waited forever and finally walked out. Waitress just yakking away and never came back to my table after giving me wate, so I went to Jim's restaurant and had outstanding svs as usual. Second time, waitress gave me the completely wrong order so had to wait again and then the food was barely warm. 3rd time, the young waitress was very nice and attentive, but the scrambled eggs were over cooked with hard cheese and hashbrowns not close to being crispy like I asked and not hot again. The last time I went on the 24th, same waitress who gave me the wrong order served me the same damn wrong order again and I had to wait again for barely warm food. Then I go to pay at the register where a very large woman with black hair and glasses stood there chewing on her thumb nail right in front of me, there was no how was the food or anything, just knowing on her nail. So I asked her if it tasted good, she said what? I said does your thumb nail taste good, I'm sure the food here would taste better. She gave me a death stare and then my receipt and walked away before I even signed it and never came back. Totally unprofessional, low class, low educated customer svs which I have never experienced before. Frigin disgusting and complete bullshit service!!!

Went back, better this time, nice folks. Good hot cakes, eggs and bacon. Local color, cheery service.
