Marco's Pizza - Tooele

Hey, I ordered three pizzas, breadsticks and chicken from this pizza place for the first time tonight. They said it would be there in 30 to 40 minutes. An hour and a half later I called them and asked them when it would be here. They told me it would be there in the next five minutes. I waited another 35 minutes before calling them back for a refund. Then the phone was never answered again, they picked it up and hung up the phone. I had to go to the store to get my money refunded. Then they told me they weren't going to refund my money and after demanding it, they figured out how to provide me with the refund. This was one of the worst experiences ever!!!!!!! Please, for the love of life, go somewhere else!

After a very long day of travel, sitting in a motel room, pizza sounded good, and Marcos looked like it would be tasty. We ordered DoorDash delivery, so perhaps they were partly responsible for our non-meal. The first thing we discovered was that a couple of Starrys had been substituted for the drinks we ordered. Okay, not the end of the world, but I strongly dislike Starry and my son 's not a fan. I let DoorDash know and they kindly arranged for a refund for the drinks. The next issue was much worse: we 'd ordered pizza with one topping, pineapple. If you 're reading this and are one of the people who despise the very idea of pineapple on pizza, my apologies, but one thing is for certain: it was supposed to be pineapple, NOT pineapple and CHICKEN!! I 'm a vegetarian, and although I 'm pretty flexible (eat dairy, eggs rarely, fish), and not militant about it (I never tell others they should eat the way I do), I definitely did not order the chicken that made this damn pizza inedible!! I wanted to call Marcos but I was so hangry at this point and didn 't want to yell at anyone. They can consider themselves lucky that I 'm not a pushier person, that 's for sure! Needless to say, it is highly unlikely that we will risk ordering from this or any Marcos in the near future.

They called me and cancelled my order 10 min before it should have been delivered after I had waited over 40 mins for it already.

Another great restaurant in Tooele offering their amazing “customer service”. Ordered a pizza for delivery, waited an hour with no response back. I had to call and they told me they didn’t have enough drivers so I had to wait another thirty minutes. I went and picked it up myself and had to make sure there wasn’t a delivery fee. The girl at the counter could care less. I gained $5 for my next order! I couldn’t be more grateful for such an amazing “incentive”. Trash pizza. Trash employees. Good luck if you order from here.
