Bidrage med feedbackI started to get disappointed when I had to clean off a very dirty table and seat before I could sit down. Even had pick up whole tomato chunks and lettuce leaves from the floor.Then I ordered and paid $2 extra for extra bacon on my sandwich. But, it didn’t come with extra bacon, so I simply reminded them that I ordered and paid for extra. They lied and said that there was already extra on it. With a nasty attitude.That was the moment I realized why everything was S# at that location…. Cause of the S# ¥ people working there.Don’t go to this one!
They didn't have chicken for the sandwich I originally ordered and didn't call or email alert me. They tell me when I arrive. So I ordered another sandwich and they didn't have pepperoni for the sandwich. They didn't have Mac and cheese. The kid offered me a cookie but it turned out they were sold out. Bad bad experience at this location.
Bought a few breads early in the morning. Expecting them to be fresh. Unfortunately, all the breads were at least a day old.
I visited Panera on Tuesday 3/5/24 around lunch time (1st visit). The young man at the counter was very nice and helpful. When we went to sit down we noticed that the lights at the table had a nice covering of dust. The wall was dirty and more dust. Everything seem messy and out of place. If I were to come back I would ask for a manager and show him/her that cleaning is very over dueThe best thing about this visit was the young man at the register.
The team shift leader name Jessica is very ignorant and unprofessional. I was told by a manager the night before to return to swap out a pack of cookies that were very hard. The manager that had informed me to do so was present and did recognize me and agree to do so. Than Capt shift lead comes flying around the corner to tell me no she will not be allowing the switch because we don 't do that according to her. She was loud , passionate and just a bit much over some cookies that I said were old tasting. Regardless if prepared daily I was unsatisfied with taste. As a customer I should not have to argue or fuss with staff that are there to serve paying customers. I am unsatisfied with this outcome. I did ask for the general manager info and she refused to give me anything. She gave me the universal Panera number. Terrible customer service.
