Italianni's - Tonalá

Food was good, service was nice. We ate with a little girl who was treated nicely. I had a salad, and the others spaghetti. Everything was tasty.

I went there for a couple of drinks, wine was good, but food was much to be desired. Had the fish accompanied by shrimp, no taste whatsoever. I went during peak hr, the restaurants like chilis and apple b, had more business. Needs to do something to improve.

I used to like Italianni's like 10 years ago, i stopped going because the food quality started to decrease, i had meal wit my family last Saturday 7th and from the very beginning everything was bad; no AC and it was a very hot day, the place was so dirty there were flys and the seats the floor and the plates were also dirty too. After we ordered our meal it took the waiter about 30 minutes to bring us our food and of course it was cold, he first brought me my steak and forgot to bring me my soup, after i told him to bring it on he brought me a filthy plate with less than a quarter of soup in it and not to mention with a pretty bad attitude and with a lack of customer service. Never gonna go back there .

Encontre insectos en mi mesa mientras degustaba mi cena, el gerente se dio cuenta de ello, el token que me dieron como respuesta de servicio al cliente ante la desagradable experiencia fue un postre gratis en la proxima visita. La verdad esperaba algo mas en sus protocolos de servicio al cliente ante incidentes de este tipo ya que las cuentas no son nada baratas en este lugar.

He cenado con unos primos. Buena pizza, buen vino y aperitivos. Ambiente tranquilo y agradable a pesar de ser viernes por la noche. Muy recomendable.
