For the milk and for the smile you must stop here and enjoy. I came to Malga Vallazza when only desserts were available, but it was definitely the right place to have a break. Fresh milk from the free ranging cows, served alone or in the delicious dishes the taste is so different from what you used to, that it need the whole new definition. The panna cota with berries is just a piece of pure joy: almost no sugar only the rich fresh taste. The cake with raspberries was great too. The perfect service was in English as was the menu, and the smiles of the girls there were absolutely charming.

Milk, yogurt... apple tarte called strudel. I appreciated a lot.... and what a super fromage maison.... I suggest to have a rest around midday or in the afternoon after a mountains trip

The malga is beautiful outside. I couldn't go inside because it was all booked, and outside there was a ram that in a short time cooled the food (I discovered it later. We are almost meters away. I ordered a speck barley and then, after a few minutes, I thought I'd also ask for an appetizer with cheeses and meats. to drink a small beer of the valley of Fiemme.the appetizer arrived almost immediately, the meats were good, but not cured, with a lot of external rancid. Four tiny slices of cheese, cut with a dirty knife, which left the marks on the slices. I got the barley in half. I asked if they could keep it in hot for a few minutes, until I finished the appetizer, but then, given the maid's face I let it go on the table, I left the appetizer and ate the barley. The waitress thanked me saying that otherwise in the kitchen they would tell him of all the colors. ...? I don't know what tradition is the thirties, but the barley was very stuffed, there was practically no broth, a mast difficult to send down, even if it was good. then, it also cooled quickly. I give an evaluation of three, only because the prices are low, I spent euro in everything.

Practically no one around, lunch time, a motorbike stop is obligatory for a snack and a beer and so much sun in the open air, far from covid. What a nice place this malga... what a good thing you are, with so much silence and good air. I would never go!
