Никто не предупредил, пришлось самим звонить и выяснять в чем дело. Подразумевалось, что заказанная еда послужит нам своевременным ужином. И не тут то было. Меня стали убеждать, что это нормально, опаздывать в такое время к клиентам. Но какая разница мне, человеку, который ждёт уже час. В итоге, чтобы извиниться, оператор сделал скидку с 770 до 500. Но знаете, я бы даже и рубля за такое не заплатила. Мы уже начали кушать, как позвонила девушка и стала докучать своими извинениями. Позже, поговорив по телефону, мы приступили к поеданию, но что то мне подсказывало, что роллы немного маловаты то, ну мы и взвесили. О недовесе в роллах в каппа маки вместо заявленных 110 гр было 90) и внешнем состоянии промолчу, потому что это настолько непрофессионально и на скорую руку, что такое и на стол не поставишь. В общем, никому не посоветую эту службу доставки. При таком инциденте, могли бы и позаботится о репутации своей компании. В общем, за еду мы ставим 2/10 и за обслуживание 1/10 !
