Bidrage med feedbackThe waiting time for drive-thru and/or take-out is anxious. 20-25 minutes in a drive-thru line is ridiculous. Your automated system even recognized how long it was and sent a template email apology. After several incidents, no more, I'll eat somewhere else.
We ordered two whole salads and added to everyone. The salads were about $14 each and filled with the whole salad and the toppings only 1/4 of the bowl and forgot the extra toppings on the one salad (avocado at $2 extra). We demanded to fix the situation, but it was said to come (after we paid for delivery because we don't have a car as we visit an office), but they wouldn't have accommodation, but would come for us and get a refund or new salads. Very poor service
?ran from broth bowls? how you get out of the broth bowls and bake the bread. the girl who enters orders or makes drinks couldn't follow a simple ?no ice? on a drink that had to be remade, I give it -2/5 stars if I could. not back to this müllort
The restaurant was clean, and very well laid out. When we ordered our food with the cashier, she was texting on her phone and wasn't paying attention to the phone number we gave her for our member acct. We had to repeat it twice to her! We ordered 2 whole Tuna salad sandwiches on French Baguettes with lettuce and tomato. The Tuna salad was extremely salty! The baguette with the lettuce and tomato tasted great. I did contact Customer service after our visit to complain about the salty tuna salad. They will be looking into the problem. Hopefully they can do something about it.
My wife had a birthday free desert that they forgot to put in the bag on our last visit, stuff happens I?m not mad just disappointed, so I asked to speak to the manager on duty and without hesitation he immediately grabbed the dessert she wanted and threw it in our bag. I know that the right thing to do in customer service is to give that particular item to the customer but the fact that he didn?t hesitate and did it right away without asking for any kind of story or deciding to make up on his own whether or not he believe the story or not, he did what he was supposed to do and that?s the sign of somebody that truly knows what to do for their customers. I have never had an issue except for that and it was dealt with very professionally quickly and with the greatest result that you could possibly have. I will continue to come to this location till I have a bad experience! And it looks like I?ll be coming for years!
