Koi Hibachi Kitchen (indian Head Road, Toms River, Nj)

The food here is incredible, but the sushi is out of this world. I've dined at many sushi restaurants, but this one truly stands out. We stopped in for lunch and ordered a variety of sushi rolls, and I can honestly say the salmon melted in my mouth. It was the best sushi I've ever tasted. You absolutely have to give it a try!

We often dine at hibachi restaurants, but since moving, we've found a new favorite! The food is excellent, the service is great, and the prices are reasonable. I was especially impressed that noodles and rice are included with the meals. Each type of protein is seasoned uniquely, making everything taste distinct—unlike many other hibachi places we've tried. Will we be coming back? Absolutely!

A note: After we were seated, the staff realized they needed our table for a reservation and kindly asked us to move. We appreciated their request. Once we relocated, we received a very warm greeting along with a $10,000 voucher, which was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Came tonight with my friend, the staff was very pleasant. Dinner was amazing again.. No question whether I would eat here again. wonderful!!!

If you love sushi and/or habachi this place is definitely worth a visit. Great atmosphere, very accommodating for large or small groups and everything is fresh. Without a reservation, be prepared to wait. This place is popular.
