Dunkin' - Toms River

I would give no starts of I could. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The workers are very rude. Cold brew coffee watered down even with a shot of espresso in it.Never received my food order after I asked for my money back on the disgusting coffee I was given and they argued with about that also.I will never go to a Dunkin again. They are not what used to be

I stopped by to grab a thermos mug, some tea, and donuts. The service was quick, the place was clean, and the food was delicious. It seems that the price of a basic thermos has risen by a couple of dollars. Overall, I would rate the service 5 out of 5.

I’m not from around here, but my experience was disappointing. The staff was rude, and I couldn’t communicate with them properly. I ordered donuts, but they came without half of the icing. I couldn’t wait to get back to my car because the ones I tasted were bland and lacked flavor. Overall, I’d rate the food 2 out of 5.

They are stingy with their cream cheese on bagels. If you ask for more they want to charge you extra. Their bagels are thick and require cream cheese or some spread to swallow. I only buy here after bagel shops close. Who orders a bagel with cream cheese to eat bread?

We ordered two bagels, two donuts, and two sandwiches. The bagels came with a thick slab of cream cheese that wasn't even spread. The staff was neither patient nor friendly, and when we realized a drink was missing, they acted as though it was not their responsibility to resolve the issue. Overall, they seemed indifferent to our concerns. I definitely won't be returning here—it was a very inconsiderate and rude experience.
