I visit this restaurant almost every morning. The staff is quick, extremely friendly, and always gets my order correct.

A refund is necessary; the manager was able to process it quickly and efficiently.

It is Tuesday June 1, 2021, on our way to work to get a smoothie its 8:15am and no one is here to take our order. The hours of operation are 6:30 am to 10 pm.

I was in line for nearly 25 minutes. Pathetically slow! Cashier didn't have order correct.Wow?

The service is slow, there are no available seats for waiting, although I enjoy their products it appears that this restaurant could use some improvements.

I had to repeat my order three times, they were getting it wrong.
