Organic Sphere - Tomball

We ordered Rice one week back they simply deduct money from credit card and sent an ordered received email.. after that no communication even try to call customer care no response.

I ordered rice from this seller (via Amazon).Not only they delivered different items, the expiration date on both packages erased.while I am waiting for responses from the seller, I want to warn anyone considering purchase from this shop. (On Amazon) they do not accept return, replacement nor refund! and of course, writing review was not allowed! Customer service?! no one picks up and voicemail is full.

I ordered Palm Jaggery and millets. Quality of products is excellent.

Buyer Beware! I ordered the aBuchi Method Processed Unpolished Siridhanya millets (all 5 millets 2lb each). So far one of the millets Browntop has bugs in it. I only post this because Organic Sphere has stated "These are organic groceries with no chemicals or pesticides. Bugs are normal to get. You should be careful on how to store it.We cannot offer replacement unless you send it back to us. "UPDATE: The company sent me a replacement Browntop Millet bag several weeks later. I appreciate their action in taking this issue seriously. I will change my rating to 4 stars from 1 star.
