Mcdonald's - Tomball

Staff is as lazy as can be. I placed a mobile order and got charger thru the app but they wouldn't make the food because their systems were down. Service is slow and useless. I'd rather pay more for Whataburger.

I love the way everything works there and everything so clean and food was delicious

I ordered a Big Mac and it was look warm and completely fell apart into little pieces, the meat and bun. I needed a spoon to eat my burger....

So darn busy in the morning, food was decent, but bread for both biscuit and mcmuffin were a bit firm, sitting in warmer a while most likely.

I was waiting for 5 more minutes at the drive thru and they did not assist me even though I was the only vehicle. Other vehicles arriving next door and if they were attended to. I entered the store and waited more than 5 minutes to be attended to despite not seeing any more people at the checkout.
