Pizza Hut - Tomah

Personally it seems like every time we get delivery from there or place an order for delivery something always goes wrong and we don't get the stuff we asked for most the time we have to call them back and usually wind up arguing with an employee about it but this time we didn't bother but it was irritating to have just a fork with the pasta no parmesan no red pepper flakes no plates no ranch that we paid for or any marinara sauce that comes with it wife was very upset and complained about it greatly

Everybody’s familiar with Pizza Hut. I tried the app. The app was advertising delivery. I ordered two medium pizzas (the deal pkg) with bread sticks and eight bottles of soda pop. It’s 3:47pm. I’m given a delivery time of 4:20pm. Around 4:45pm I’m notified my order has been transferred to DoorDash. I’m given a new delivery time of 5:07pm. My ‘food’ arrives at 5:33pm and it is cold, congealed, and clearly was made over an hour earlier: and there are no beverages … I complain on the app and to PH corporate with no response a week and a half later. What a joke …

They allowed the car in front of me at the drive thru to sit and wait almost twenty minutes for their food. Couldn't leave the line due to four vehicles behind me. Called and asked them to have the car pull up to wait and they did not.

We stopped in for some pizza here after a long drive. Loved the fact that we could eat inside. Barb was great. She was super friendly and helped us with our meal we were having. Food was all excellent. Definitely will stop in again for pizza next time we are in town.

Ordered through the website and pizza was ready and hot whenI picked it up.
