Where to start? If ever torture were ever forced upon; this would be the chamber! To elaborate, whoever prepared my beverage doesn?t know how to adequately measure per the creation of ordered beverage. Hence, the staff members here today had been flustered regarding the monitoring of which customers had already paid for their orders. Hence, a (possibly) new hire made duplicates of a latte for 1 customer. However, this 1 customer only ordered 1 latte compared to 2. To conclude, the staff members here would benefit from boosting their efficiency by welcoming organization.

Jewellz is one of the best baristas here! She always prepares my drinks perfectly and has a cheerful and bright demeanor. Chris is also an outstanding barista! He is incredibly friendly and upbeat!

I often have issues with an employee named Chris, who seems more focused on chatting than on preparing drinks. When I pointed out that my drink was incorrect, I asked him if it included the breve I paid extra for, and he claimed it was mixed in with the cold foam. However, the drink was essentially just a plain black coffee and didn’t resemble what I ordered at all. Another employee had to step in to fix my drink because Chris didn’t seem to be concerned. I understand that it can get hectic, but after spending nearly $20 on two drinks, I expect them to be made correctly.

Such a great store! These baristas work hard and make great connections! They're a very busy location but they have fun working and always make the moment right!

This team puts in a tremendous amount of effort, and I truly appreciate all the hard work they do! This Starbucks is always bustling with activity! It's incredibly busy. If you're in a hurry, I highly recommend placing a mobile order in advance, as there’s a continuous influx of around 20 orders coming in at any moment. The staff seems to collaborate really well during the morning shift, and it’s quite impressive how efficiently they churn out coffee. I actually stayed for a couple of hours inside, and while the lines kept moving, it consistently felt like there were 10 to 15 customers waiting for their orders. Just as one line would clear, another 5 to 10 people would walk right back in. Great job handling all those orders, everyone!
