Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Tolleson

Just an average fast food place. The chicken was crispy, which is good. My wife's choices of sauces for the nuggets were very limited. The restaurant was clean, but service was blah. I'll go back, but not anytime soon.

Went through the drive through and waited 30 minutes for my food in the parking lot. Did not get my sauces I had asked for. This Popeyes used to be good now it just seems like they are struggling.

Drive thru staff was nice, tried the new grilled blackened chicken, definitely prefer the tenders over the sandwich. The chicken was too tough for my liking.

The food was top-notch as always at this location. Giving it a 1 star due to service. I ordered through the drive-through, and they had me wait over 30 minutes for my food. It was clear they gave my order away to another car. I had to wait for so long that I ended up having to talk to the employees, and they apologized for the wait.

Everytime I go to this particular Popeyes they are always out of something either the spicy chicken sandwiches or every sauce they?re supposed to offer. They took almost 30 minutes in the drive through just to get me chicken tenders and fries. They have a lot of workers but can?t seem to work together and just stand there and stare at customers confused.
