Wendy's - Toledo

My son is a big fan of Wendy's, and the food is usually great. However, I can't help but notice that 9 out of 10 times we go through the drive-thru, we end up having to pull over and wait for our chicken nuggets. Thankfully, the staff this time was friendly. The last time we visited this drive-thru, not long ago, the woman at the window gave us a very rude attitude because we were using two chili coupons we got at the Walleye games. For the past four years with our season passes, we've always been able to use those coupons. But this one employee seemed to think the coupons were coming out of her paycheck and was confrontational, insisting we couldn't use both. I pointed out that we do this every time we drive-thru, which prompted her to call a manager. Even the manager came with an attitude, despite quickly resolving the issue. Instead of calmly checking on our concerns, she immediately responded with hostility, ruining our night over a measly chili. That said, we still love our pricey Wendy's meals, which cost over $25 for three people! Fast food has definitely gotten more expensive! But hey, for that bacon, we’re sticking with you, Wendy's!

I had the best service in a long time! The food was incredibly hot and fresh! Although I waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, it was 9 PM and everything else in the area was closed. They were short-staffed with just three workers, and one of them was on a well-deserved break. But let me tell you, it was absolutely worth the wait! Thank you so much! 10 stars!

I absolutely love Wendy's fries; they are always fresh-cut and served hot. The single cheeseburger is a favorite of mine as well. My kids really enjoy the nuggets, and we can't forget about the Frosty!

Sometimes, you can’t help but shake your head. I can only hope that these individuals will be replaced by more capable employees in the future.
