Wendy's - Toledo

Everything was great a very nice dame came out and brought us a refill. .never had an innocence even wondered if I wanted to refill.?

I don 't know what happened, but this place sucks now. Ordered online (fool-proof right? Nope! They still got our entire order wrong and then the manager decides to have an attitude. Close your doors if you can 't do a simple task and give decent customer service. ?

Sloppy and Slow! If you want to get yelled at at the drive thru then sit in line for 20 minutes.. come to this Wendy’s. 7/20 4pm horrible service. Not coming back anymore

I usually don't complain too much, but eating tastes like it was all day spent and the service when I said something to them they were snotty and mean, so making the atmosphere just as bad they need to check their personal and make sure they know, especially when someone tries to be nice about their food that just come that not so good?

I haven't had wendys for a long time, they still have cold soggyries and the burger was burned at the edges and really dry.
