Rally's - Toledo

Honestly, they had the best service of all fast food chains in this area. I didn't check the bags because we had a lot of food, and I didn't want to hold the line, but they didn't forget anything! Girl working the window was also very nice.

We ended up at Rallys last night as it was the only place open. While the food was enjoyable, it didn't seem very fresh. If it wasn't so late, I would have considered asking for a refund, especially with the long line of customers. The service was slow, but the lady serving us was very kind. I plan to return during the day to see if the experience is better. I would recommend Rallys to anyone who enjoys fast food or late night bites.

I did not receive my order of wings or ranch dressing, but instead was given something I did not request. I only did not give a 1-star rating because my delivery driver was very kind and arrived quickly.

The new fry seasoned chicken at Rallys... They looked great until I had a bite in RAW chicken. ... I then put it in the window and asked how in the world they just serve me RAW chicken and the manager said he had no idea... What if I had served these chicken teeth to a young child who didn't know better: make sure to check your food before you go or just avoid this place

There were only two people and the drive through was horrible car to car. Sitting in the car for 1 hour. The guy could not get thr order right plus when i got to the window he still had the order wrong. And when he finally understood what what i wanted he still messed up the order. This is the most horrible experience i have ever had from rallys.
