Kfc - Toledo

Waited 20 min and after that long of a wait you would think your order would be fresh but ahhhhhhhh........no! So disappointing I don't know why I keep giving these places a chance! Plus, my theory is if you go around lunch time you might get lucky on freshness but after that it's pretty risky. I went around 7 pm and should of went elsewhere. Oh the gravey was fresh!!

It was ok they only had white meet didn't have the correct boxes for the food didn't get the sauces that would have came with the nuggets only have 4 ketchup and it was wStuck

Food tasted like a salt block. Everything from the chicken to the biscuits. Waited forever and the staff was rude!

After a 30 minute delay receiving my order after the time the app said it would be ready the fries weren 't at all warm and I they replaced. The chicken was awful. There wasn 't even skin on the breast. I figured I 'd find it somewhere in the bucket. Nope this naked piece of chicken was placed in the bottom and covered with the other pieces. No sign of the skin. Tried to get assistance from the manager but he was little help and when I asked if he had anything thing to say, maybe we need to do better his response was that he was busy. Good luck Shawn, move on before you destroy your professional reputation fighting the battle of that location.

This was the worst kfc ive ever been to, lobby was nasty we had to clean off our own table, staff was cussing each other in front of little kids, you can tell the food had been sitting out for a while and they told us they couldnt make any sandwhiches. not to mention the food we were able to get was covered in a ridiculous amount of salt, to the point my kids an wife wouldnt finish and they LOVE kfc for some reason.
