Taberna De Livingstone - Toledo

Livingstone is always a vibe. the bar is family owned and they are the nicest people in the whole city. I lived in toledo for about 5 months and at any time my friends and I would go, we would stop livingstone first to grab some “chupitos” and “copas” before we go to the (more expensive) nightclubs. the bar has no cell service, but I think it makes the whole experience better because people are obliged to sit and talk. that makes more unforgettable moments. I would like to mention with great respect that you thema and the decorations are obsolete and some people find it easily insulting, as I do. thema is “British colonial in Africa”. in the round there are many pictures of British colonizers who enslave and study African people, and artifacts “stolen” from the African population or something from this nature. I feel like a person with ancestors who also went through the colonization. Moreover, they are an excellent bar to hang with their friends, drink and start their night right.

Really fun place to dance with friends, great music and drinks. the couple that leads the place is super friendly and uplifted. Moreover, the decor is wonderful and exotic, based on the explored livingstone and its results in Africa. and it has a half-storey with a few arcade games and a foosball table.
