Papa Johns Pizza - Toccoa

Papa John's is one of my favorite pizza places however this one definitely needs work. The last 3 times I've ordered I've had to wait over an hour and half for my order. The last time it was cold when I finally got it and when I called he said he could replace it but it would take atleast an hour and 45 minutes to get it. I placed an online order tonight and I was quested online 45 minutes and they immediately called me and said it was going to almost an hour and 45 minutes before it could here. I attempted to change it to carry out and she would not because they stop carry out at 9:15 and she called me at 9:14! I ended up cancelling my order after trying several options to get my order. The pizza is always good when I do get it with the expectation of the last time but their customer experience is horrible!!!

Satisfied with any order I place. Great place for pizza and parrots.

Bad delivery service ever. You get your order wrong half the time, and even if they get it right, it is usually delivered by an hour after they say it is on the way. I'm done with them.

I ordered two parrots and buffalo wings. I got a pizza, a brownie and some poppers. I called and asked to correct my order. They came back a lot later when they were with my daddias. Not only did they leave the wings, but they did not even contain my sauces that come free with any item I ordered by default. I asked for a third time that my wings and sauces are delivered... they never arrived. Dad! John ran off with 2/3 of the things that should be in my order.
