Pulquería La Tía Yola - Tlaxcala

The tasting of 5 lungs was a good idea. the menu appears first to have nothing for vegetarians, but then we found queensadillas with stringos, setas, huitlacoche and they made sphagetti as vegetarian and there were kartoffelfries. the dessert was also good. contempt, good portion size, prices were moderate.

This place is a small restaurant outside of Mexico City in a state called tlaxcala. it's the first time I ever had pulque, that's a fermented cactus drink. I recommend getting a rehearsal of all aromen. my favorites were cranberry nuts .but I drank them all

I love this place. I recommend the sampler of all lungs. all were delicious. our waiter was fast and understandable. we ordered some appetizers and they were great. I recommend to visit this place

A great spot if you are looking for authentic Mexican food in Tlaxcala with local specialities such as pipián, pulque, requesón or barbacoa. I recommend the habas soup and a glass of a flavoured pulque.
