The place smells like an ashtray. If that goes through the state, why can you smoke in it? You can't smoke on the beach. The smell will have you out of the door within minutes. DISGUSTING. I don't have more than 50 feet and I was out. There is no excretion here. The NewPORT GRAND was up and down. ZERO STARS...

Awful experience. This state run dump is horrible.The pit bosses are incredibly rude and disrespectful. There is a tremendous lack of customer service on several levels. The only positive feedback about the place is the friendly, albeit inexperienced dealers who are smiling and pleasant. I don't recommend spending your hard earned money at this low brow establishment. You would have a much more enjoyable and rewarding experience at mohegan sun most likely.

The casino is fantastic, but there's a significant shortage of non-smoking areas. The only smoke-free space is the food court, which has just a few slot machines. The smoke situation is quite unpleasant, and we won't be returning.

I had a great time because I won some money! The only downside was that the restaurant closed too early, and the two espresso martinis I ordered from the bar cost $32 before tip! Despite that, it was a fantastic way to wrap up Father's Day 2023!
