The food and ambiance are good, but the staff needs improvement. The way they take orders and communicate with customers is not appropriate. I witnessed a table waiting for 10 minutes because it was not cleaned, despite multiple requests. The owner should address these issues. If the service does not improve soon, it may impact the restaurant's reputation.

Chicken briyani price Rs.200 taste was not good. cooked separately and added to briyani without salt. not for Rs.200, not well cooked. 05/04/22 answer from owner: he has copied and inserted. my question to the owner, they try to change their cooking style. very funny.

I returned to this restaurant after 13 years and the flavor remains unchanged.

I would give 4 stars for the food at this restaurant, but only 3 stars for cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The kitchen was not well-maintained and the hand wash was broken when I visited on 16.07.2021. I tried the chicken biryani, which was average - lacking in flavor and too oily. The taste was good and the quality was decent. The gravy with the biryani was good, but the brinjal curry was just okay. They accept all payment methods but could improve their cleanliness and food quality to become more successful.

When i was at this hotel, there was a customer who yelling at the manager because his food was late. The manage handled the problem in a good way and saw to it. Also the food is great.
