South Philly Steak Fries - Tinton Falls

The food was excellent, and I had exceptional customer service from an employee named Maleek. He deserves a raise!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! The service was unbelievably rude. My order was completely messed up without any explanation or apology. I ordered two sandwiches and a meal this afternoon, and even though I was number 43 in a long line, they ended up making my order after number 49, despite my asking twice about it. The wait was frustrating, especially with staff members rudely telling me to go to the back of the line. A person who appeared to be a manager was also very rude, offering no apologies or regret, and even blamed me for blocking their line. It was unbelievable!

The restaurant had all the right ingredients, but unfortunately, the flavors fell short. The dishes were quite bland, and I have a strong suspicion that the sauce they used on the meat wasn’t actually Cheez Whiz.
