Durbin's Tinley Park

My husband and I dined her last year during lent for the all you can eat perch dinner. We enjoyed our meal. We invited friends to join us last Friday for dinner. Wow. The same server walked past our table times. I finally shouted out to get her attention and asked if she was our server. She told me she would check. She was. Took forever to get a round of cocktails. Finally took our orders. My husband and I ordered the perch with rice no fries. One friend ordered the fish platter with coleslaw no veggies. My husband got fries, no rice. Our friend got veggies no slaw. My dinner, she thought was wrong ,so our server sent it back to the kitchen. Come to find out my meal which included friesno rice was given to our party and her meal cod was sent back to the kitchen. The food was barely warm at best. The veggies tasted water soaked and on the cool side. The second serving of my perch was hot and tasted great. My husband even got a serving which he indicated was great. Not sure if they were short staffed in the kitchen or the serving staff but I would seriously have to consider going back. Disappointed comes to mind

The server at Durbins was amazing she was extremely attentive. The pizza is our favorite and of course the donut holes, lol

The service was terrible and they kept running out of everything

First server took a very long time. We got another server and she was great. Food was ok. The pizza crust was either stale or just very hard. We were inside and it was very HOT. I told the server and she said that some parts just are hotter then others. I wish I would have requested outside, had I known I could. It was very nice out and very HOT inside. Couldn't wait to leave and get some fresh air. Manager stopped by to ask how things were going and he gave us the new server and said he would be back to make sure everything was ok. Never showed again. Probably won't come back to eat there

Only thing i would say is that there was to much horse playing around the bar with some of the waitress, And a guy throwing F Bombs .We’re was the manager?? The other thing is that i made a reservation and when i got there they didn’t have me down!! Other then that our waitress was very professional about here job ..and i would comeback great pizza !!!Z
