Wendy's - Timnath

A mess. Took about 15 20 minutes to prepare; blank stares like they didn't want us there. Why? We paid, we were polite what was wrong? I still just don't understand.

The fries, and wedges are just nasty from any wendys anymore. Dont know when they changed the length of fry time or letting them sit or what, but they are just nasty now.

Hi! Recently my family and I went to eat at this location, and although the food maintains its same flavor, nothing about the experience sits right with us. We ate outside on the patio, which is not the issue, and as we were eating a few of the employees ventured outside on their breaks (probably). They began to smoke (Marijuana by the smell) and didn't bother to give us any space. We don't particularly enjoy the smell of weed whilst we eat and believe this should be something done farther away from customers, as not everyone is comfortable with the smell while eating. Please take this complaint with hefty consideration and a grain of salt. Thank you.Kid-friendliness: My family was with me while eating and they didn't enjoy the experience or atmosphere any more than I did.

I have gone to this Wendy's many times, the experience has always been very mild and boring, but today was different. I usually order through the drive through, and when at the window I noticed the awful smell of the employees within the establishment. The skunk like smell is sure to be weed or a cigar of some sort, I don't believe it is appropriate to incorporate or tolerate smoking near the workplace when customers are near. It is especially discomforting when this has happened before and nothing was done about the matter. Food shouldn't be handled around such smells, and though the employee activities aren't my business, the quality and state of the food we pay for is.Please consider fixing this issue.

Great food although I found the ghost pepper sandwich very mild.
