Fresh Kebab (Bastion) - Timişoara

A surprisingly good place, very nice ambience, great interior design with matching music, excellent and well organized service. The meat is spicy and tasty, the vegetables really fresh also in winter time, but this is their brand.

I've ask for 2 kebabs, and told them what I wanted and with what sos, not complicated, only garlic sos on one kebab and on the second hot sauce and sweet ketchup but no onions. NONE OF THEM HAD THIS CORRECT SOS AND BOTH HAD ONION'S. I went back and they said it was my fault I did not ask correctly what I wanted and the system is new and they could not add exactly what I wanted. What can I say and both kebab where cold .

I used to like this place but it got just awful. The employees give the impression that they hate you for ordering and making them work. They mix up your order and when you tell them, they claim that it is your fault because you did not ask for that at all. The menus on the wall show only pictures of the final product but no information of what the ingredients are. In case you have intolerance to one standard ingredient you just have to guess that you need to ask them not to put it in and then you need a bit of luck so that they actually do as you asked them.

The first and last time we are entering there. So disappointed that this fast food place forgotten it is about customer service, the kebab wasn't bad, but the customer service is awful. I went there with my wife and the cashier guy seemed that he was having a mental breakdown or something , he was looking at her the whole time, and even when he was tearing off the receipt and handing it to me he was still looking at her in the way that he had other intentions than serving us the food. VERY DISRESPECTFUL.

Fast and delicious kebabs, wraps, hummus, chicken, turkey, beef and vegetarian decisions. The place is super clean, modern and... fresh. I recommend the new Sebze Sandwiches.
