Marenca - Tijuana

Christian was a very good waiter, we were always watching what we needed, and the food was excellent. Prices are very accessible We will definitely come back! Thank you.

I love this place. It's so welcoming and her staff is so nice and friendly. You often ask if you need anything. I like the fact that they literally show you what they do. They'll bring you the plates themselves so you can see what you eat. The cook comes also n tells you the ingredients on your plate! I was there for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and everything I tried is delicious. I recommend her Camarones Al ajillo... it's such a bomb. And they are drinks and taste bombs. Overall, the place has a really nice atmosphere. Very recommended.

Visited Marenca with my friend, Dad and Dad's girlfriend. the staff was friendly and incredibly accommodating for my vegetarian diet. they made me a plate with roasted vegetables and potatoes. the salads were both delicious, but we all preferred the pear salad. My friend wasn't a big fan of his tacos, but everyone else enjoyed their food. if you?re considering dessert, don't jump on the banana cake.

Visited Marenca while in Tijuana. Let me start by saying I know almost no Spanish. I chose Marenca's simply through a Google map search for nearby restaurants, and I really have to say WOW! The staff made every attempt to help me out (and Google translating their menu helped a ton)... I decided on the filet mignon with mushrooms and mashed potatoes. This dish, in whatever sauce it was, was one of the tastiest meals I've had in a long time. Staff was great, the food was incredible, and the atmosphere very pleasing. I doubt my travels will bring me back to Tijuana, but while we're still here, there's a good chance we'll be back!

Amazing restaurant. While they were obviously not established with the intent of accommodating English speaking guests, they went above and beyond to understand our wants and desires and to fulfill them completely despite the language barrier. Their sauces were some of the best I've ever eaten.
