Caffe Sospeso - Tijuana

I asked for a cappuccino with lean milk, and they stared at me as if I were out of my head. What a milk? skim. what? without fat. light. you mean you want to free lactose? No, skim. we didn't. it is, whole or lactose-free. So I choose and stand there where I wait for my coffee, and when the barista puts a cappuccino on the counter, I started to come for it and he naked, that's for someone else. I'd rather support a little local business, but they wouldn't have me. no concept of customer service ever! Maybe my to go espresso would not have been cost effective I would have paid more! perhaps the presentation would not have been ideal, I would have been in order with it and would have been for more. but they refuse to satisfy a customer. that's just bad, and that's one that doesn't deserve customers as long as it doesn't respect them. not only dieucks near. also D’Volada and the caffe punta del cielo are close.
