Very excited, with the idea of eating in a mountain cellar, we quickly delighted! The place itself is very nice and friendly. But the service is unfortunately not at the point! My wife and I are good meat followers and for the occasion we wanted to taste their proposed side by side. When the order is taken, the doubt arises... I ask for blue cooking and the waiter asks me if I want cold meat?! I repeated that I wanted to cook it blue by adding that the chef must know what to do with this info Meat comes ... and I understood or was the problem! Meat is cooked as needed but the plates are cold! So after 3 min the meat became warm then cold! I asked the waitress why he didn’t put the meat on hot plates?! She told me that if it’s cold, she didn’t ask the boss to heat the plate... I asked her to see what she can do. So she took JUSTE my plate and not my wife's. The 2 plates were cold Then I received my plate after 10 min! It was my cooked meat and in a warmed plate as cold at the beginning of the plate and so of course more blue at all. We finished the meal without finishing the meats ... and at the beginning I asked the addiction without dirty to see if some things will be done of their own service, but no! I went to see the boss... and LA if or despite I said it's worth a 2/5 I fell to the lowest grade. Indeed, when I asked why in the place where meat was served the plates were cold? What she just said to me, “I’m not here for anything, we don’t have a plate heater!” I didn't know what to say! And she said to me: “You want anything, that I offer you a digestive,” I said no, I already drink wine I don’t want digestive. What I wanted was that she knew I didn’t eat what I wanted! I told him that unfortunately this kind of error can influence the client to leave a bad opinion, and that is my case! To this she said to me: “I stop you right now, I don’t let myself influence this kind of blackmail and all these opinions is a masquerade because we leave only the bad opinions! I asked for the CB machine and we paid because I felt there was nothing to add! PS: Madam know that when we are satisfied with a Service, we the customer, we also leave the right opinion! This to tell future customers that the place is good and worth visiting! And the vulture is not here yet! Hopefully this remark will make you think and see some things again!
