Bidrage med feedbackI had great service by the cashier, i believe his name was Cameron Lindsey. he remade my drink because it wasn’t right and he agreed that it just looked like water, and i appreciated how quick he was to make it correctly. i hate to be the person to complain even though i just wanted the drink i ordered. it is especially rare nowadays to find happy employees! thank you!
This is the worst Starbucks location in the state of Georgia, the drinks and service is not the best.
I visit this location 4-5 days a week. The staff has always been very friendly. However, today I had my first encounter with the Manager (Bridgette). There was a misunderstanding with my app payment. I had been sitting waiting for more order when she approached me condescendingly sir, u need to pay for ur drink order. She definitely does not know how to talk to customers. Things escalated from that point. I teceived my refund and tried to explain why it escalated but she refuded to take any responsibility for how the events unfolded. Then, she couldnt resist showing the power she had infront of her employees by saying she could have gave me the drink free, if I was nicer. This manager needs to learn how to communicate to customers and how to take responsibility. I absolutely hate that a penny of my money will make her sales look better. Thankfully, I can spend my some of my money at other coffee shops when its convenient for me. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office and would like to speak to a district manager regarding Bridgette and customer service or lack of.
1pm on a Tuesday afternoon and the store is closed with no sign indicating
Just an interstate Starbucks. Coffee was as expected .. the bathroom was dirty and no paper towels .. main area of the place was dirty not well kept. I know it’s hard to get good help but not expecting much got to get coffee to go.
